We currently only offer shipping to United Kingdom.

We are considered an essential services company as we supply masks to the public and should be able to deliver your order within the specified time, however due to the nature of the “state of disaster” in United Kingdom – unforeseen delays may occur. If delays in delivery happen, we will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible and attempt to resolve the problem.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5 – 10 days, we use standard express courier to deliver to all locations within United Kingdom.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES &DELIVERY ESTIMATES
The standard shipping rate across United Kingdom is £3.20. (This number can change without notice as we rely on our courier partners for shipping – please review the shipping charge carefully in your cart), if you place a large order this amount may be adjusted based on the size of the order.
SHIPMENT CONFORMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Some orders will have tracking number – a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you once that order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
There are no customs and duty tax to be paid on any order, as we source all our products from local suppliers.
CupCatch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
